About Us
CMP Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2020 and has been in production and commercial operations ever since. We are in the business of manufacturing Cold Rolled Steel Pipes. The installed capacity of CMP SMC Private Limited is 60,000 Metric Tons per year which is being utilized at optimal level.

Our Welding Rod product portfolio consists of two brands namely Perfect Bridge and Perfect King which cater to diverse tiers of the general welding electrodes market. Our products are ISO-9001:2015 certified and manufactured under Japanese Standard JIS & American Standard AWS E6013. Our products are known for smooth welding, less smoke and minimal spark.
Our Process
CMP CR Steel pipe goes under a laborious process before it is produced. At starting stage CR Steel Coil of thickness 0.25mm to 2mm goes under the process of Slitting in which it is slit into desired size.
Next process is First Forming in which Shaping/Forming the slit sheet into round form takes place.
Welding the round pipe into a round tube comes in Welding process, welding is done to join both ends of the sheet to create round tube.
Later Final Forming process takes place in which shaping/forming the round tubular pipe are made into square, rectangular or L shape.
Final process is Oiling in which oil is applied to CR pipe to prevent it against environmental impact.
